Experienced mental health support for your journey.

Experienced mental health support for your journey.
Most of my clients weren't even sure they had experienced trauma. Those who knew, didn't understand that the symptoms could be so difficult and confusing:
You have PTSD.
You have to address
that specific demon.
I use encrypted Telehealth/Video Conferencing for all sessions. Telehealth allows you to be comfortable and safe in your own space, where no one else can hear you tell your story or hear your pain. My work is focused on helping you understand what you’re going through, teaching you about trauma, and help you find a path toward recovery that fits you.
I use proven, evidence-based therapies. I work at your pace — with respect and understanding.
I have been successful in helping clients recover from PTSD in just a few sessions.

I focus on helping you feel more understood, more stable, and more able to move forward in the ways you want in your daily life.
