At New Steps Therapy, I provide calm, supportive counseling for teens, young adults, adults, and seniors who are struggling and looking for steady, compassionate care. Whether you’re feeling stuck, worn down, or simply unsure where to turn, this is the place where you can begin your new life's journey.
Using encrypted Telehealth/Video Conferencing for all sessions allows you to be comfortable and safe in your own space. My work is focused on helping you understand what you’re going through, develop healthier ways of living, and find a path forward that fits you. I use proven, evidence-based therapies, I work at your pace — with respect, privacy, and care.
Services are available through secure telehealth across Oregon, making support easier to access when you need it.

All sessions are by telehealth or video conferencing so you can choose and use a place that is convenient, safe, secure, quiet, and confidential. Your first session will be about 90 minutes so I can get to know you, learn about what’s been going on, and make a plan together. After that, sessions are usually about 55 minutes.
